Shin Ei™ Companion Fuzz™ Replica:
For my Electronics I final project, I built a stompbox from a kit ordered online from generalguitargadgets.com. The kit included all of components used, such as capacitors, resistors, and transducers, as wells as a pre-printed circuit board and the protective casing. In class, we got the chance to solder all of the components, use any facilities necessary, and troubleshoot our finished projects.

Mini-Amp:
For my Electronics II final project, I built a mini guitar amplifier from a schematic I found on a website. In class, we practiced laying out the components to create a working circuit board. After numerous edits, I soldered a circuit on a blank circuit board using the wires that extend from the components. After all of the parts were soldered, we tested the amp. For the first day, it worked great, but when I was packaging it, the circuit failed because of a loose wire, which shorted either the op-amp or blew out the speaker. With a little more troubleshooting, and possibly some new parts, the mini-amp should work fine.
